Refunds And Returns
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products all Digital Download sales are final as Digital items cannot be sent back. Etsy makes them available to buyers as soon as they pay and the link is permanent. Therefore, please read the item description carefully to ensure the files/product meets your requirements.
If there are any issues or errors with the files provided, please contact us directly and we will do our very best to ensure you receive a quality product.
If you have accidentally deleted the digital files and you are unable to download them again, please let us know and we will resend the files via email as soon as possible.
How do I Download My Digital File?
After Etsy receives your order confirmation, your Digital Files will be available to download here:
www.etsy.com/your/purchases
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.
Etsy also sends you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.
You can also use the drop down menu at the top right corner of Etsy and click on your Etsy Profile and then click on Purchases and Reviews in the drop down menu.
